1. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your “Spirit of Freedom” Commemorative Certificate, you may request a refund within 60 days of your purchase date.
2. Digital Product Returns
To be eligible for a refund on digital items, the following conditions apply:
- Condition: The item must be returned in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original format..
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@americanheretigedeed.com. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Inspections: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. Digital Product Refunds (The Certificate)
Since the “Spirit of Freedom” Certificate is a digital asset:
- You are entitled to a refund within the 60-day guarantee period if you are not satisfied with the quality or content of the digital download.
- Upon processing a refund for a digital product, your license to use, print, or display the certificate is immediately revoked.
- Please note: Excessive refund requests from the same customer for digital goods may be flagged to prevent abuse of our policy.
4. How to Request a Refund
To start a refund request, you have two options:
Option A (Direct Support): Email us at [Insert Support Email Here] with the subject line “Refund Request.” Please include:
- Your CopeCart Order ID
- The email address used at purchase
- Reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)
Option B (Via CopeCart): You may also contact CopeCart support directly, as they are the authorized reseller of this product.
5. Refunds Processing
If your refund is approved:
- The refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to process the transaction and for the funds to appear in your account.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a defective or damaged coin, please contact us immediately at support@americanheritagedeed.com. We will replace the item free of charge. You do not need to process a refund; we will simply ship you a new one.
